Next Level Fitness’ Primary Focus is to:

It is our mission to provide a state-of-the-art gym and sports fitness facility with a well-trained staff who teach skills suitable for enhancing performance at all fitness levels from non-active people to professional athletes.

  • Sports Training – provides you with the skills to perform at a higher level while developing confidence, speed, strength and agility.
  • Sports Specific Training – includes functional and strength training, flexibility, explosive power, dynamic warm-ups and force production … all while providing a safe learning environment.
  • Group Exercise – includes aerobics, kickboxing, Pilates, martial arts, self defense, Spin, stability ball classes and yoga. See our location pages for specific programs and schedules.
  • Post Physical Therapy – offers programs to speed your recovery after an injury or accident. Our Personal Trainers will work in conjunction with your Physical Therapist to develop the program that best fits your needs.
